This image is from early 2000. I colored it recently. It's very rough. Often I draw these on impulse without reference so for me it is interesting to see that as I learn the art form my drawings seem to improve because I gain a clearer understanding of the movements. When I did this drawing I had just come across Capoeira about a year or so before I drew it so I see many flaws in the design. I still like the overall composition. I may redraw it one day with my new understanding.
